It is a coordinated approach to the complete finish interior—not a collection of unrelated products. Cabinetry, architectural millwork, stone, appliances, lighting interfaces, specialty materials, procurement, installation, and final quality are managed as one connected composition.

CORE is design-literate execution leadership. We can help develop scope, materials, details, and the complete interior package, but we do not replace a licensed architect or a talented interior designer when those disciplines are required. Our role is to protect the design through technical coordination and delivery.

No. The architect and designer lead the vision and required design documentation. The general contractor controls the overall construction. CORE connects their decisions to fabricators, suppliers, installers, field conditions, schedule, and final quality.

Ideally during early design development—before the interior package is fragmented, vendors are selected, or budget and schedule promises are made without production input. We can enter later, but the greatest value is created while the team still has choices.

Yes. Most engagements are collaborative. We help the designer preserve intent, give the builder clearer information and accountability, and provide fabricators and installers with a coordinated path to execution.

CORE is not limited to one shop or one manufacturing method. We qualify and coordinate the right cabinetry and millwork resources for the design, geography, complexity, finish requirements, capacity, and schedule.

We evaluate relevant experience, engineering depth, equipment, finishing capability, project management, capacity, financial stability, installation resources, schedule, exclusions, and the quality of comparable completed work—not price alone.

CORE can manage the complete shop-drawing process: information collection, schedule, technical review, design-intent coordination, appliance and trade interfaces, comment resolution, approval tracking, and release readiness.

Yes. Our scope can include vendor qualification, bid comparison, purchasing coordination, samples, lead-time tracking, fabrication monitoring, delivery planning, site readiness, installation management, punch-list, and closeout.

Yes. CORE leads luxury residential and signature interiors. COREFINISH GROUP provides the technical, commercial, and project-management authority behind corporate, hospitality, amenity, healthcare, education, civic, retail, multifamily, and other detailed environments.

The best fit is determined by complexity rather than square footage alone. CORE is most valuable when custom millwork, specialty finishes, multiple vendors, integrated appliances or lighting, exact alignments, compressed schedules, or expensive consequences require dedicated control.

Yes. We can independently assess drawings, scope, vendors, production status, field conditions, quality, schedule risk, and open decisions; then establish a corrective plan. Earlier involvement provides more options, but disciplined intervention can still recover control.

COREFINISH GROUP is based in Northwest Florida and serves the Gulf Coast, Florida, and select projects elsewhere. Project fit, team structure, scope, and required site presence determine geographic feasibility.

Engagements are tailored to the project and may be structured by defined phase, monthly management fee, consulting scope, or complete delivery responsibility. After an initial review, we recommend the structure that creates clear accountability without unnecessary overhead.

We discuss the property, design team, scope, budget, schedule, current documentation, procurement plan, major risks, and where responsibility is unclear. The purpose is to determine whether CORE can create meaningful value and what the appropriate next step should be.
